In one minute
RadiantGlowByM is a San Diego small business that needed a marketing and brand function built from scratch, not a single deliverable, but the ongoing strategy, content, and operations that keep a brand consistent as it grows. I stepped in as the freelance Marketing & Brand Consultant to own that end-to-end.
The problem
Before this engagement, the business had no unified brand identity: pricing, service descriptions, and customer-facing copy hadn’t been developed into a consistent voice, and the website wasn’t doing any work to bring in organic traffic or make booking easy.
What I built
- A brand strategy covering positioning, service content, and pricing structure, translated into consistent customer-facing copy.
- Foundational SEO: content organization and on-site optimization aimed at improving search visibility and organic traffic.
- The operational backbone: the Squarespace website, Acuity Scheduling booking flow, and Square payment integration, all managed to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
- Full branding materials: service menus, treatment packages, and marketing content aligned to the business’s voice and target clientele.
- An AI-assisted content and research workflow (built around Claude) to speed up drafting and iteration without sacrificing quality or voice.
What shipped
A cohesive brand identity now runs across the website, service materials, and customer-facing copy, backed by a booking and payment system that just works, and a content workflow that lets the business move faster without adding headcount.
What I would do next
Layer in paid social and measurement. Right now the brand foundation is solid, but there’s no closed-loop way to see which content or channels are actually driving bookings. That’s the natural next investment.
